Growing your own mint plants
I wrote a step-by-step guide on how to grow your own mint plants. Things you need to do and things you should NOT do. I included some pictures to help you.

Mint tea recipe
It's very easy to make mint tea. You'll need:
- A few mint sprigs (either buy a mint plant from a supermarket, or grow your own mint plant)
- A bag of green tea (this adds a basic flavor to the tea)
- Sugar (as much as you want)
- Hot water
Here is the recipe for some delicious mint tea:
- Pour a little bit of hot water in the tea pot to warm it up. Wirl the water around and then pour it out again.
- Add a few mint sprigs (take those with big leaves), the bag of green tea and sugar to the pot. The amount of sugar you need depends on your taste. You can add extra sugar to your cup later.
- Pour the rest of the hot water into your tea pot.
- Let the mint tea infuse for a few minutes (until it has a good mint taste) and enjoy your delicious mint tea!
